VicPD terrorism response

VicPD used to talk about terrorism as a budget pressure and "the reality of terrorism" for Victoria. The city (via VicPD) even paid for Manak to do a terrorism studies degree. My memory was of the RCMP doing their darndest to pretend there were terrorists here, but okay then.

I filed an FOI asking VicPD how much time they were spending on terrorism.

They couldn’t say. Manak’s emails mentioning ‘terror’ were mostly newsletters he gets.
